ToolHub ("we", "us", or "Platform") takes privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, store, and protect information related to you when you use our services. Please read this policy carefully before using our platform. By using ToolHub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this policy.
Accounts store the username, contact details you provide, a password hash, and credit and usage records. Guest AI quotas use the client IP address and date. Tool inputs and files are processed according to the tool page. AI results may contain the material you supplied. Do not submit information you are not authorized to process.
These records support login, tool processing, credit accounting, result recovery and abuse prevention. A repeated unresolved AI request uses its existing request identifier to recover the result without another generation charge.
Browser tools process data on your device. Tools that use the server or an AI provider disclose this on their page. Completed AI result bytes, including any input echoed in the result, are retained for 7 days and then removed by scheduled cleanup. Accounting and request metadata remain for usage records and duplicate-charge prevention. Download results you need to keep. Retention of other server files depends on the tool workflow; this policy does not promise that every file is deleted within one hour.
Browser storage keeps language and theme preferences and the current login credentials. Unresolved AI requests store an account identifier, a content hash, a random request identifier and a timestamp for up to 7 days; this cache does not store the prompt or uploaded file. Clearing it can prevent recovery using the same request identifier. Closing a tool page can discard results held only in browser memory.
AI text, document summaries and image features send the relevant input to the configured AI provider. Its own data handling terms apply. Public website tools also request the public sites you specify. Analytics, CDN and other optional services depend on deployment; we do not claim that a particular service or data processing agreement is present without configuration evidence.
Access credentials are checked before private requests, account changes invalidate stale responses, and saved AI results are bound to their account or guest identity. HTTPS protects data in transit when the site is accessed through HTTPS. Avoid extremely sensitive material and protect your device and login credentials. No claim of encrypted database storage or external security certification is made here.
Under applicable data protection regulations, you have the following rights: • Right to be informed: To know what types of information we collect and how it is used (detailed in this policy). • Right of access: To request access to personal data we hold about you. • Right to erasure: To request deletion of your personal data (uploaded files are deleted automatically). • Right to object: To object to certain data processing activities (e.g., analytics). To exercise these rights, please email 179188416@qq.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Our platform is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information without authorization, please contact us immediately at 179188416@qq.com and we will promptly delete the relevant information.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in platform features or regulatory requirements. Significant changes will be prominently announced on this page, with the "Last Updated" date at the top updated accordingly. We recommend checking this policy regularly to stay informed of our latest privacy practices. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
